Who we are

Thomas Geel is a certified instructor with over a decade of experience instructing posture specific conditioning exercises incorporating mainly Pilates, Yoga, bodyweight training and mindfulness to assist clients reach new levels in functional fitness or to help them rehabilitate from injury. 


What we do

Be guided by an expert in mindful movement exercises to help deepen your core connection and improve the way you move. Instruction is offered either at home in the Port Elizabeth area or in a fully equipped air-conditioned studio in Walmer. Choose from private or one-on one-classes, semi-private (duet), or group classes in Matwork and Reformer.


Our inspiration

We are inspired by people like you, and we want to help you improve the way you move! We draw inspiration from sources like Faldenkrais, Thomas Myers, Eric Franklin's "ideokinesis", and mindfulness meditation practices. We practice kindness, acceptance, and a listening approach.

Pilates allows you to push yourself and get the results you want.
